Minimum -- $200.00    

First Call -- $150.00 plus loaded mile cost

(First Call = removal from residence, hospital, nursing home, or other place of death, prior to embalming.)

Body Bag   $75.00

(Body Bag required on ALL transports to the medical examiner).

*Mileage prices are the same for caskets, shipping containers, or remains.

Company History

Jeff Nichols started "Nichols Transportation Service" in June of 2007 providing transportation for funeral homes in Red River and Lamar Counties in Texas.  Thanks to our many loyal customers, our company has grown to serve the transportation needs of funeral homes and mortuary services all over Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
